| Lectern Checklist Download
 The
Lectern Checklist is used as a preliminary "quote
request form". There are six sections including
Style, Finish, Equipment, Special Requirements, Options and
Size, most of which are required by C.T. to complete a formal
lectern proposal.
Highly-automated features require Acrobat
6 or higher and an active connection to the internet.
Geek Note!
This form makes use of external data files for storage and
transport of the form contents after submission, a copy of
which will be sent to you via email. It has been tested
with all versions of Acrobat and is fully functional in version
6 and higher. If you are using an older version of Acrobat
(version 5 or lower) you will have the ability to view and
print the form, but you will not be able to take full advantage
of its automated web-based features. Please upgrade
your Acrobat software to reveal these hidden features.
