Information
C.T. Executive requires all orders in writing
to avoid error and/or duplication. Orders will not be acknowledged
by the factory unless requested in writing. Orders requiring
customer approvals on specific material will not proceed to
fabrication unless all products have been signed and approved
by customer.

and fill out the necessary Lectern Checklist for Lectern orders.
This is necessary for all Lectern orders unless otherwise
specified.
